Weinstein is a graduate of the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He produced the Nationally distributed Barry Farber talk show immediately following college, worked for ABC Network News and then moved into advertising, spending almost ten years as the retail sales manager at New York City’s classical radio station, WNCN.
The last 20 years have been with Searle, a half century old Madison Avenue retailer, designer and e-tailer. Weinstein is responsible for all product that is carried in the Searle stores and website. He travels the world markets to provide Searle with a unique point of view that is required to succeed in the ultra-competitive New York City market.
Weinstein is also the creative director for the Searle print advertising campaigns and oversees all facets of the rapidly growing e-commerce business. It’s important to note that Weinstein founded the Searle website in 1999. Searle is among the very first e-tailers in the world.
